Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to information processed through the AuricSphere public website and communications initiated through the contact information published on the Site. It does not govern third-party websites or services linked from the Site.

Information you provide. If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, company or organization, professional role, and the content of your message, together with any information you choose to include.

Technical and security information. Our hosting, network, and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, referring URLs, and security or diagnostic logs.

We do not ask visitors to submit sensitive personal information through the public Site.

We may use information to:

• respond to research, strategic, licensing, acquisition, press, or general inquiries;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
• protect our rights, research materials, systems, and users;
• maintain business and correspondence records;
• comply with law, legal process, or valid governmental requests.

The Site may use technical storage or similar mechanisms that are necessary for website functionality, security, abuse prevention, or hosting. We do not intentionally use the AuricSphere Site for behavioral advertising.

If privacy-preserving or standard analytics are enabled in the future, this Policy will be updated as appropriate to identify the categories of data and providers involved before those practices materially change.

We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, security, communications, professional services, or website operations, subject to appropriate contractual or legal obligations where required.

We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect rights, safety, or security; or in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, diligence process, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

AuricSphere does not currently sell personal information or use the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining appropriate business records, protecting legal rights, and meeting legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type and context of the information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No internet transmission, hosting platform, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have rights relating to sale, targeted advertising, profiling, or discrimination for exercising privacy rights where those activities and laws apply.

To submit a privacy request, email contact@blocra.org with the subject “AuricSphere Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your request before acting on it. We will respond as required by applicable law.

The Site is directed to professional, technical, research, and business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If we learn that such information was submitted to us, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.

Blocra Inc. is a United States company. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not governed by a single uniform standard. Because the Site does not currently use behavioral advertising, we do not use Do Not Track signals to alter advertising behavior. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal for a covered processing activity, we will honor that requirement.

We may update this Policy as our Site, service providers, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page before or when they take effect, as appropriate.
