AURICSPHERE
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 24, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply only to the public Site and do not replace any separate written agreement you may enter into with Blocra Inc.
2. Research and informational purpose
AuricSphere publishes information about controlled recoverability, the patent-pending Plasma Harmonic Engine (“PHE”), simulation-led research, and possible future research directions. Public materials are provided for education, evaluation, discussion, and research context.
The Site does not represent that a physical plasma recoverability chamber has been built or validated, that a deployed product exists, that customers are using the technology, or that any patent has been granted. Future-looking descriptions identify research directions or described patent embodiments and are not promises of future results.
3. No professional advice or reliance
Site content is not legal, investment, engineering, safety, regulatory, export-control, or other professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional review before relying on any concept described here for research, commercial, safety-critical, or regulated use.
4. Intellectual property and patent rights
The Site, its design, text, graphics, software, simulation interfaces, diagrams, research materials, branding, and other content are owned by Blocra Inc. or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
AuricSphere and Plasma Harmonic Engine are used as brand names of Blocra Inc. The PHE architecture is patent pending. Access to this Site does not grant any license, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, to any patent, patent application, trade secret, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right except the limited permission to view the public Site for lawful purposes.
5. Permitted and prohibited use
You may view, reference, and link to public Site materials for lawful informational purposes. You may not interfere with the Site, bypass access or security controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misrepresent AuricSphere research as validated or deployed, remove proprietary notices, or use the Site in a way that infringes the rights of Blocra Inc. or others.
You may not reproduce or republish substantial portions of the Site as your own work, imply endorsement by AuricSphere or Blocra Inc., or use public research materials to make false or misleading claims about the maturity, validation status, or capabilities of the technology.
6. Inquiries and submissions
Unless Blocra Inc. has signed a written confidentiality agreement with you in advance, communications sent through the Site or to a public AuricSphere or Blocra contact address are not confidential and do not create a fiduciary, advisory, partnership, joint-venture, or other special relationship.
Do not send trade secrets, proprietary implementation details, export-controlled information, or other confidential material through an unsolicited inquiry. Strategic, licensing, acquisition, research, and diligence discussions can be moved to an appropriate written agreement when warranted.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to third-party websites, publications, hosting services, or other resources. Blocra Inc. does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement unless stated explicitly.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all public materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blocra Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, or business, arising from or related to use of or reliance on the Site or its public research materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Changes to the Site and these Terms
Blocra Inc. may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site and may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as required by applicable law, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to Blocra Inc. at contact@blocra.org.
